My Holiday To Lanzarote 2018

My Instagram is filled with pictures from my holiday so I thought why not add a blog post to the mix too. Have any of you been to Lanzarote before? This was my first time and I had such a lovely time. Not only were the views spectacular but the atmosphere was calming and euphoric. I stayed at the Grand Teguise Playa for 5 nights, all inclusive. It was a pleasant stay.

The views were incredible and the sea was a beautiful blue, I couldn't quite believe it. These rocks were actually from the volcanoes as they are quite dark in colour that represents the lava. I luckily was able to learn a little bit more about the island on the transfer journey from the airport.

Isn't it breath taking? I thought I would let the pictures do the talking. The above building was a church in the markets where I went to. It was nice to branch out of the hotel and see more of the island.

Make Up:
Mac Prolongwear Foundation NW15
Collection Lasting Perfection Fair
Barry M Loose Powder
Kiko Bronzer & Blusher
Maybelline Total Temptation Eyeshadow / Highlighter Palette
Loreal Double Extension Mascara
Maybelline Eyebrow Gel
Mac 'Soar' Lip Liner & Sleek Matte Me Lipstick

Sunglasses Primark
Cocktail Sex on the Beach

Would you ever go to Lanzarote? I will be going again as I had such an amazing vibe from the island. However, I don't think I would go in February again as it did rain and wasn't always the warmest but none the less I still loved it very much. Where are you going on your holidays?

Kick Starting My Skin Care Regime

Wow, I have actually stuck to my word in my '5 Goals for 2018' post and started slowly to
incorporate some sort of regime to my skin. I haven't had the worst skin in the world but its definitely not the best. I do tend to get blemishes on my face and I have to admit it has been worse as of late. But we are all human and we all get spots. It should never be laughed at or made fun of because no matter how many blemishes you may have, you are still beautiful (I know it got very deep as right now I'm a bit of an emotional wreck).

I thought I would start simple and easy with a basic 3 step ritual. Here we have Garnier and I use these ones as they are designed for blemish prone skin. I do feel so much cleaner when I have really rubbed my face and taken the time to remove my make up properly rather than just using a wipe.

Firstly, I use the Garnier Skin Active - Pure Active Micellar Cleansing Water. I use this to removed all my make up. It is handy as it can be used on eyes and lips and is good a removing mascara.

Secondly, I use the Garnier Skin Active Purifying Botanical Toner with Green Tea Leaves just to further clean my face and make it feel fresh.

Thirdly, I use the Garnier Skin Active - Pure Active Matte Control Moisturiser. It gives my skin a bit of extra hydration and is also good for mattifying and for blemishes.

Make Up Recreation: Amber Turner NTA's 2018

The NTA's was a night to remember, especially with all the lovely dresses and gorgeous make-up. If you don't realise who Amber Turner is, she is on the television show TOWIE (The Only Way Is Essex). I really admire her as being a reality star can be hard hitting especially with internet trolls. Her make-up stood out to me as I feel it is very versatile and can be worn for a night out, on holiday or even Valentines Day. A red lip is always a winner for an evening out as well.
